About Whitney
Every delectable Crafted confection is imagined and created by Whitney Heinrich of Woodinville, Washington. A Seattle native and graduate of New York’s French Culinary Institute, Whitney developed her pastry philosophy working in Seattle’s most beloved restaurants including Restaurant Zoe, Salty’s on Alki and Hot Cakes: Molten Chocolate Cakery. She dreams of delighting palates everywhere with her darling, handcrafted desserts.
